Broward Flood Relief Resources 

Internet or Smartphone Application
Disaster survivors may apply for IHP Assistance or check their application status online at www.disasterassistance.gov. Disaster survivors may also access FEMA via smartphone by downloading the application from www.fema.gov or through their mobile provider’s application store.

FEMA Toll-Free Helpline
Disaster survivors may call FEMA toll-free at 800-621-3362 to register for assistance or check their application status. 

County Agency Assistance

Assists residents seeking housing, food, financial assistance, relief from abuse, family issues, depression, childcare, suicide prevention, etc.

Area Agency on Aging (AAA) of Broward County 
Helpline: (954) 745-9779
Provides food assistance, home assistance, transportation services, and more. 

Food/Shelter Resources 
Two comfort stations and the American Red Cross are providing water, food, restrooms, showers, air conditioning, and charging stations.

Towing, Abandoned Vehicles, and Lost Vehicles

If you encounter an abandoned vehicle in the middle of a roadway, contact (954) 828-8000 for assistance. 
If you cannot locate your vehicle, please call (954) 732-1115.
