Around 300 people recently stopped by the property for the “Dusty Shoe Preview” of the model homes. 305 Single-family homes starting at $409,990 and 340 Town homes starting at $349,990 are currently under construction in Hollywood’s newest neighborhood. The gated community will also include 70 acres of open green space, 3.5 miles of fitness trails, and a clubhouse with resort style pool and fitness center.
